Apply Visas for Turkey or E visa for turkey?

As of 01/01/2015 visa stamp application ended for the citizens of countries listed below. visas for turkey after this date foreigners who arrive without e-visa or consulate visa shall receive e visa for turkey in order to enter into Turkey.

Any foreigners who visit Turkey visas for turkey after this date shall be issued e-visa from e-visa from kiosks in the airport. A transitional period of six months upto 30/06/2015 is predicated and the visa stamp application will issue e-visa only upto 30/06/2015 for the citizens of the countries given below and with effect from 01/07/2015 no visa stamp application to foreigners from these countries will be issued;

Visa applications are made at the consulates of the countries visas for turkey where the foreign national is a citizen of or is legally resides in.
