Residence Permits for Victims of Human Trafficking in Turkey

Under the strong circumstantial evidence confirming that the foreigners is a victim of human trafficking a residence permit valid for thirty days will be granted by the governorates and in this case other conditions of other types residence permit will not be sought while issuing this Humanitarian Residence permit for Human Trafficking.

This residence permit granted may be renewed for six months on recovery and reflection for reasons safety, health or on special circumstances of the victim. Total duration for granting the same shall not exceed three years whatsoever.

The foreigners who are victims of trafficking or might be victims of human trafficking through their own violation and on the determination of the same the residence permit will be cancelled.
