All foreign national students who are willing to study in Turkey are required to submit written application to be addressed to Social Security Provincial Directories/Social Security Centers within three months for the registration as Universal Health Insurance holders in Turkey.

Failing to submit the written application to the Turkey Institution within three months from the date of enrollment for Universal Health Insurance foreign students cannot be registered and cannot be permitted to study in Turkey.
