Tax System in Turkey

In OECD Countries Turkey is holding by one of the most attracting tax rate. Turkey has one of the most competitive corporate tax rates in the OECD region. The Corporate Tax Law No. 5520 which was put into practice on June 21, 2006 made some imperative revision to the current investors in Turkey including new concepts in the tax regulation. Now the new Turkish corporate tax regulation is much more understandable, user-friendly, more objective being in line with international standards.
